2025-04-13 (Su) EWC_Soother Octave channel changing

The first task on my list was removing the old function that put each octave on a unique channel. I replaced that option in the menu with ten options to put any octave onto any channel. Changing the channel only applies to programs and chips that recognize different channels, but simple ones, like the free keyboard synth in my phone, only responded to channel 0. I copied code from earlier that would look at all the octaves and shift their pitch. I had to manipulate a different part of the MIDI messages. I relied on the Windows programming calculator to plan the math for parsing a two-byte message and changing the LSB to match my settings. The function works perfectly, and I do the calculation after the pitch-shifting code runs so I can effectively change the settings for each set of keys on a keyboard.
