IRL: A two hour phone conversation was made in order to describe the Charged universe to another writer. The goal of which was to have more stories developed simultaneously to current book. No restrictions were implied so short stores or novel length or fictitious newspaper articles could result.

Storywise: The plot moved forward significantly. Everyone was taking refuge at a restaurant but Motor announced he and Head would not stay with the project since it was getting dangerous. Jason tried to make a contingency plan with them to make up for their absence. On the way back to the dock both cars were pulled over by police. National Guardsmen inform everyone that the dock's contents have been taken under the pretense of national security. Everyone feels so strongly they instantly band together to oppose the injustice.

To do:
  • Revise to show how Shana knew Motor and Heather were a new couple
