A ring was modeled out of the spinner. This ring was meant to hold a small o-ring. The size was not modeled after a known o-ring size, simply based on the  measurements already in the model. If this line of thought seems promising the spinner can be modified to fit a specific o-ring. Where the o-ring sits could also be modeled with a filet to match the donut shape of an o-ring.
