Cyborg Mushrooms
Writing about biology is not my strongest suit, but this project was more about electricity than organics, so I concentrated on that. The purpose was to show that some lifeforms, mushrooms, in this case, could support the life of other useful lifeforms, cyanobacteria in this case. The cyanobacteria colony generates electricity, and the mushroom gives it a place to live, so the short lifespan it usually sees in a lab is extended. It certainly made for unusual graphics.
