Artificial Limbs And Intelligence
Replacement limbs have a long history, yet they are still rather crude compared to current technology. Using them is not very intuitive, and onboard processing power may be little or nothing. This project leverages machine learning to help people without limbs use prosthetics more easily. The video blew my mind as I watched someone perform the same tasks with two different units, and the advanced version was noticeably more fluid and the time trial quantified it.
