Wireless Charging Without so Many Chargers
The inductive charging pads for phones and smartwatches are convenient, but they have one big flaw, only one device can be charged at a time. This limitation is being broken down, and someone has managed to simultaneously power 10 devices with a 6cm gap between each. Granted, this is in a lab with tuned equipment, but their coil architecture may translate well to a consumer market.
