2020-03-31 (Tu) Electro Knife for Simulated Combat EleKSCo

After I wrote the building rules, I started a script for the provisions of the fight. Every year before this, we recited the rules on-the-fly, and that worked out fine. Folks may not need this document, but I wanted to take a stab, pun intended, at writing rules for the exhibition matches, which haven't happened before.

For the most part, the rules aren't any different than the usual fights, but if folks are going to take it up a notch and put costumes in the mix, we have to make sure no one tries anything unsporting like hidden armor.
