Equipment trouble has been greatly reduced or at least the solutions are easy to find the second time. One problem was when the computer refused to acknowledge any sound equipment including the internal hardware. This was remedied by restarting twice. Environmental sounds haven’t been completely eliminated and likely never will be in such an amateur space.

Chapter 10 was recorded in a day. Recording a single chapter in a day has been the goal since the chapters are good breaking points and recording a chapter without interruptions means there are fewer inconsistencies in the recording. These inconsistencies can be as simple as changing the distance between the mouth and microphone or the angle of the microphone since an omnidirectional microphone isn’t used.
