Tim has led some teams professionally and is a perfect person to explain project management yet he wasn't the one to suggest this as the topic, I was. Originally, I had outlined the whole show around a hypothetical project, implanted long-range RFID. As we started talking it became clear that Tim had the expertise so I provided the perspective of a hacker and kept the grinder-relateable project in mind.
