2017-09-08 (F) 2 Cyborgs and a Microphone Episode 034

Editing this episode was kind of fun. There were a couple good blooper moments and you can hear the best one as the last fifteen seconds of Episode 034. I don't remember which episode, but Tim once sang "I'm a little teapot" when the line went dead even though he was still recording.

Personal exposure for biohackers, grinders, and cyborgs is a big deal. We joke about how our implants make us superheros but we also value our secret identity to a degree. Most of the time we can hide behind the anonymity of the internet or at least wager that our online identity is insulated from our meatspace identity; the one that appears on our birth certificate. Revealing augmentations can drastically alter how people perceive those identities so Tim and I explore how those revelations affect us.
