Tim and his wife had a baby daughter named Quinn. Off the air, Tim was telling me about the things he was doing for baby Quinn to help her development and I thought it was interesting because he had a very different approach to parenting than I usually see. Granted, I am not a parent so my exposure is limited but his methods seem sound.
