Schematics were translated to a PCB layout and all of the components which were available from LCSC.com seemed to have the correct footprint. The APA102C lights didn't have a footprint because they were not available through the site.
For the sake of appearance, a pattern of holes was added to the vacant area on the PCB. This area was intentionally kept blank so it could be used for decoration. The idea of a silkscreen feather pattern throughout the holes is also being contemplated.
