2016-07-24 (Su) Sleep Hacking Presentation COMPLETED

Group speaking is fun for me so when the opportunity to give the sleep hacking presentation I was happy to do it. The prep work was researching and asking questions on the biohack.me forum. There was plenty of subject matter to cover so my notes were simply the list I gave yesterday. I just referenced the list as I went and said all I wanted to before moving on.

I was criticized that my voice was too quiet which was a severe shame since the microphone setup I had worked hard on didn't pan out. The recording was supposed to have binaural audio but I didn't select the correct microphone when recording started. The presentation should be audible and yesterday's notes can be referenced for an idea of what's being discussed.
