I recorded the first part of chapter three's soundtrack, but a note hung, and I had to start over. Funny enough, when I hit the panic button, it didn't clear the problem, so my stopAllNotes() function could be faulty or a problem with the MIDI sound chip. Luckily, starting over only cost a couple of minutes. Another thing I tried was using the area between moods for long stretches instead of just transitions between moods. I put a stool in the recording space since it's easier to sit and look at the controls under the laptop.
