2021-11-07 (Su) EWC_Panel Timer panel display

I copied more of the code from Seeed Studio's clock example to see that the data needed an array with four eight-bit entries. I programmed the first digit to display a number for each button, and I saw that the first input was still acting up. Since I could show the inputs easily, I mapped them out and put them into an order I could remember. Now that I could read most of the buttons, I programmed them to increment and decrement the tempo, and I made the display show that number. I didn't figure out how to get rid of leading zeroes. The button to decrement the tempo by 100 was acting erratic, but the LEDs showed the correct value
