I looked for a cylinder approximately my arm's diameter and found a cardboard tube from kraft paper. I heated the plastic as evenly as possible, let it drape over the roll, then moved it to a cooler portion until it rehardened.
Custom fit

The brace fit beautifully, but the position was all wrong. I didn't consider the location of the loop concerning the gauntlet. I will reconsider my design. I could make a matching gauntlet from Kydex or cut a hole into a sleeve and add the electronics.
