2022-09-17 (Sa) SkateSailV4 Design ideas

I reconsidered some older designs and sketched out new ideas. I discarded some because they would be unwieldy, or their shape would be too much work to sew. The one I liked best required two long fiberglass rods and a span of fabric between them, so it looked similar to a folding hand fan. I sacrificed some of the material at the top to make a rounded edge which only removed it from the bottom, where it wouldn't have as much effect anyway. This design may be challenging to hold, but if it works, I will worry about a handle.
