2022-10-31 (M) PoweredInlineSkatesRev2 Arduino as a stand-in servo tester

Hobby servos and ESCs use the same signal, and I have a servo/ESC tester somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Rather than gamble a lot of time looking, I pulled an Arduino off the shelf and wrote a sketch to test a servo. Similar examples use a potentiometer and emulate a servo tester. I didn't need precise control, so I used a couple of buttons to increment or decrement 10% at a time and roll over if it tried to go over 100%.

I modified the parameters for a servo I grabbed for testing and changed the timing to match what the servo expects. If I used by-the-book timing, the servo moved less than 180°, so I expanded it and assumed the ESC would want similar settings.
