2023-10-09 (M) EWC_Cyberdeck Keyboard COMPLETED

I was ready to wrap up the keyboard portion, move into another project, and let my mind branch out a bit.

I programmed the fourth mode, which ignores key releases until I switch modes or press "Escape." In this way, all the keys become "sticky," and I can hold an arrow key to scroll unattended or refresh a page with F5 several times a second. I may change this later so it does not release all the keys when I exit the mode, so I could keep the shift button pressed while I type or game normally.

I decided against a macro layer since I never used it on Keyboardolier. I uploaded everything to GitHub and called it a day.
