2023-10-26 (Th) EWC_Cyberdeck Construction and IO list

I installed eight encoders into the faceplate while seating them in the encoder boards, but they still need soldering. Everything needs solder. I trimmed the nylon coupling nuts holding the Arduino Mega prototyping board because it stuck down further than anything and had more clearance than necessary. The last thing I did to prepare for soldering was to create an IO list. I am attaching it to an Arduino Mega with many more pins than I need.
