2023-11-04 (Sa) EWC_Cyberdeck Starting code

I was ready to start coding, and since I had not used the I2C encoder boards before, I downloaded Adafruit's libraries and opened their example. The basic sketch showed how to utilize one board, so I modified it by adding lines for a second.

I opened the code from my EWC_Box, which used the same screens and had the MIDI generation algorithms I wanted. I can map all my buttons and potentiometers to check the wiring. I added the initializations to run a second screen so that I could verify everything when I uploaded.
