2023-11-25 (Sa) EWC_Cyberdeck mode5 assessment and start

I loaded mode5 and noted the problems, then set to fixing them. mode5 was the first mode to have independent controls for percussion and melody on the same screen, and I wanted to port it faithfully to dual screens. I moved the percussion functions to the left screen and the melody indicators to the top of the screen. My previous effort that put the variables onto the left side of the screen came across on this mode and saved me the trouble of repeating that work in this mode.
mode5 uses both screens independently
