An enclosure was designed in OpenSCAD, the same program this tool was meant to help. For now, the assistance will have to wait. The enclosure was designed to enclose the circuit board by using the encoder’s threaded shaft shrouds as mounting points while the bottom can be held in place with three bolts through the PCB.

The two halves will join together while maintaining ports for the USB and spare I/O header and it should all be able to print without supports. This would also be a usable design for injection molding if the project progressed to that point.
