2017-11-12 (Su) Charged: DesertIrish

If you're not familiar with this book, read this otherwise you'll just be reading spoilers below.

The rating system for Charged has been developing for a long time but it hasn’t been discussed in the book. I wanted it to follow the kind of ranking systems which actually get put into place even though it would be a lot clearer if it all followed a clean logical order. People don’t work like that.

While Dawson searched through a wiki for Charged people, he noticed the bizarre ranking system while looking at a man with more-than-human strength. More importantly, he noted the bickering that went on by people who wanted a quantifiable number associated with a power as opposed to the simple qualifier of “super strength.”

Eventually, Vani took him to bed and he stopped browsing. He didn’t look for his own name or anyone he knew but he wouldn’t find them since none of them are public.
