2022-10-23 (Su) BackPackPower Faceplate

I designed a faceplate for the controls in QCAD and imported it to my laser program. I chose baltic birch for its strength since this has to go in a skating backpack. I copied the barrel plug and power supply footprint from a previous project. I wanted four banana plugs, so I measured them and circles. I designed a pattern for the switch panel.
Cutting the faceplate

The cutting went well. I needed to carve out a bit of wood to mount the adjustable power supply controller, but I didn't snap any plastic like last time, and the carving is under the bezel, so it's invisible. I didn't attach the wood to the frame yet since I need to make all the electrical connections first.
