2023-06-04 (Su) KeyBoardolier Case assembly

I gathered my wood and aluminum parts and squared them up to determine the size of my cross-member. I cut a section with a hack saw to match the keyboard's left side length and installed it to the primary bar to form a tonfa-like shape. I drilled through the center, where I will pass wires connecting the keyswitches to the IO expander.
Key plates and control node

I installed the key plates on the aluminum frame, but I had to bend the diode leads so they would not touch the metal. They still want to short out, so they will need shrink-tube protection when I add wires. I shored up the back pieces, which I will install last.
