I ordered elastic bands to hold a PCB on someone's neck or head. They had small clips, and I planned to make holes in the PCB to pass them through, but they would have been too large for such a small board. I put in a couple of holes and a backpiece to run the band between the boards and bolt them together. The notches on the backside are the band's width.
