2025-11-15 (Sa) BonfireLaserTag Color codes and remote buttons

The taggers' small-screen library used an RGB565 color scheme, so I found an online color picker and selected fifteen hexadecimal codes that closely represented the team colors. This way, when someone gets hit, the attacker's name will appear in their team's color. I placed the color codes into an array and added the new color to the name whenever someone takes a hit. I also changed the welcome screen to display each name in a unique color.

I spoke with a veteran about the best choices for my weapon selection, and he suggested that the most straightforward way was to categorize the three tiers as "Light," "Medium," and "Heavy." I liked this because it was clear and accurate. I revised the remote layout in CAD to utilize the new nomenclature and relocated some other buttons to group them logically. The "LED Shape" button became the "LED Lum+" and "LED Lum-" for dimming the lights.
