There was an error in the model that made the PCB area too narrow, which I identified and corrected by reprinting it. I split the model so it would fit on my printer, and I adhered the pieces with liquid resin and spot-cured them with a laser. I assembled the LED array with a switch, a yellow indicator light, and four LEDs that I thought were all infrared. I clipped the leads on the lights and added flexible wires. I redrew the schematic with the updated connections and described the five header leads I added to the board for troubleshooting. I exposed the power and transistor leads so I could tap into it with a microcontroller.
