2025-12-28 (Su) BonfireLaserTag Arcade buttons and TRS connectors

Before I started soldering, I assembled the emitter arrays. I added fiber washers between the LED rings and the lens cap, then assembled them with M2 hardware. While building, I noticed that the hole pattern on some of the LED rings was different, but I managed to get two bolts into place under tension from hole misalignment. The real mission for the day was to wire the inputs. The first elements were arcade pushbuttons that needed two wires and had two terminals, so not much skill was required. The second component was a headphone plug with five terminals, but I needed two. I forgot to bring a headphone cord for testing, but I dealt with these devices a few days ago while repairing headphones, so I should be safe. I also installed the devices into 3D printed mounts.
