2021-10-28 (Th) EWC_Panel Composer-Recorder module pseudo-code

One panel I plan to make in the future will record MIDI from my system and store it on a memory card. Perhaps I'll convert the data to a MIDI file, but it will store all the loops into a .csv file for starters. I worried that I would end up with a tangle of code, but since I know the limits of the incoming channels, I can plan accordingly. Working out the pseudo-code helped me realize the project's scope, and I'm less concerned about it.
