I wrote a blinking light sketch and tried to upload it via the Digispark drivers since the inexpensive board I selected showed up in my Device Manager as "Digispark Bootloader." The Arduino IDE showed that the upload worked, but the board didn't change behavior. I hunted around for the name on the board, "MH-ET," and found a tutorial with drivers. Funny enough, the Amazon product page did have this information. I installed the relevant software, and my blink example worked.
