2022-09-29 (Th) 24EngBarostat REV1.1 fixes

I continued to have problems with the second device. When I booted it up, I didn't get any response because the first peripheral the Arduino connected to was the barometer, and if it couldn't communicate, it wouldn't move on to the LED or the speaker. One of the sensor wires broke because I was still using the stiff wire that was tricky to solder, so I replaced them with silicone insulated ones. The next problem was that only one potentiometer worked, but I discovered it was because I soldered to the wrong terminals again. Once all the components tested good, I added glue to the bottom portion and let it drizzle across the seams.
New wires and correct terminations
