2023-06-15 (Th) KeyBoardolier Offhand buttons

I thought about how to add four buttons to the keyboard's neck and wanted the keys perpendicular to the rest. I designed a couple of plates that will attach to the extruded aluminum like before, but their purpose is to capture a panel with keyswitch holes. I also drafted spacers that encapsulate the nylon standoffs with a hex pattern.

I cut the pieces from 2mm plywood on the laser cutter and did a test fit with finger-tight hardware. Everything fits together, and it felt sturdy. I temporarily added keyswitches, but their terminals are exposed, which I hope will not be a problem.
