2025-04-10 (Th) EWC_Soother TcMenu changes

A significant portion of my notes were a list of TcMenu changes. Some were simple, like removing an unused option, but some were drastic, like making a different instrument changer for fifteen channels. Many changes were making new items for similar functions, such as the octave shifting and channel assignments, which required one for each of the ten octaves. I removed the Prandom Beats option, which was out-of-scope. I generated the new code and integrated it with my Arduino code. It took another hour to iron out the changes so it would compile. The new menu items took over two thousand code lines.
