2025-04-26 (Sa) QuarterRoundWS2812BArray Schematic REV1

PCBWay contacted me about sponsoring a project, so I told them I had an idea for a round display of addressable LEDs. Everything commercial is a strip, ring, or square. The design will be modular, so I want to make it a quarter-round shape so it will be easy to make a half-circle or wedge-shaped display. The resolution will not be television-like, as I only want to make something that can roughly show a pie chart.

After searching for a model with enough stock, I made a schematic with 100 lights. The LED datasheet suggested a 100μF capacitor across the power pins to accommodate sudden current draw. I added a couple of header pins for the input and output.
