The previous code for flashing the bezel LEDs relied on the millis() counter, which was not synchronized with the time-telling functions. I noticed this because the bezel was supposed to flash whenever the minute advanced, but it happened at a different time. I changed the code to flash the lights when the minute or hour changed. The seconds still flashed based on the internal timer, which was acceptable.
I started a page on PCBWay's site promoting the Quarter-Round PCBs and added the Gerber files for the light channels. My writeup focused on the clock and was not a comprehensive set of instructions, but it shows the possibility of the hardware. All the files are now available on GitHub.
