The first blast module was too tight to fit the laser module. I could make one fit if I drilled the print first. The other issue was that the plastic supporting the LED mount was worryingly thin. I made improvements to the model and sent it to the printer for printing. The printing process took 52 minutes for a pair of units. I washed and cured the finished pieces, and the laser module fit snuggly without any modifications. The LED mount felt secure. I had to cut away plastic from the bolt holes and edges, but that only took a moment. I ordered new laser modules, which will require a different revision.
