I drafted the chassis pipe, which will probably be a 2" ABS pipe, and the handle pipe, which will probably be a 1/2" PVC pipe. I kept the parameters loose, and I will fine-tune them when I have the hardware in hand. I modeled the bottom and top caps in red. The biggest challenge was making everything behave appropriately while situated at a programmable angle. I chose 22.5 degrees, which corresponds to the rear grip angle on a 1911 handgun. I can always change this or print grips that alter the angle to something more comfortable. I still need to model a part to go inside the chassis pipe and support the handle.
