2025-07-13 (Su) BonfireLaserTag NERF rail draft

NERF guns were a great find at thrift stores, and I knew they used a proprietary rail that was not compatible with Weaver rails. They were narrower, and a Weaver-compatible accessory would fall off without clamping. I looked online to find sketches, but I mostly saw people griping about how NERF rails were inconsistent between models. I measured one, but the metric dimensions seemed illogical, and so did decimal imperial, but when I switched to fractional, I saw the dimensions were all 1/8" and multiples thereof. I sketched the cross-section and labeled it in imperial decimal, imperial fraction, and metric.
