I printed and cured the pushbutton adapter and drilled five holes to mount it at the end of the tagger. I accidentally nicked the infrared LED tube while drilling, so I removed it. The pushbutton stuck far enough into the pipe that I cannot mount it too close to the infrared tube, but it is shallow enough that I could mount a second switch on the other side of the pipe. I could spend the time to make the adapter smaller, but since it worked fine, I will leave the design as is.
The last time I used the "threads" library, I had an issue where nuts and bolts were not aligning, but they cooperated when I manually assigned their pitch. I set them all to "2" and rendered the LED holder, lens holder, and lens cap. The three pieces still had binding issues, but they fit better than before.
