2025-08-23 (Sa) BonfireLaserTag Testing_004 Target project model

The first thing to do was model the mount so I could start printing 13 of them. I measured the wire clip and infrared sensor, and I knew the dimensions of the bolt and LED. I planned to put a large washer in the middle to support the plastic, so I gave lots of clearance to the central bolt hole. I planned to print without supports so the top had a thin layer with extra clearance from the holes. The other face had a trough to run wires under the sensor and LED. I had a nut socket for securing the bolt holding the wire clip.
