2025-10-19 (Su) BonfireLaserTag EEPROM settings

I added serial controls to change the damage code and serial number by copying and modifying the team-changing function I wrote earlier. Whenever I made a change, it was reported to both the serial monitor and the screen. I also added a Help Menu that indicated which letter to use for changing these settings and displayed the current values. Of course, I did not want to reset the setting at each startup, so I reviewed the EEPROM sketches to write to non-volatile memory. I stored and committed the values to memory and loaded them upon power-up. I tested the code by powering down and printing the help menu to see that my new values were unchanged.
