2025-10-22 (W) BonfireLaserTag Recognizing incoming infrared signal

There were several places in the code where I grouped the serial number, team, and damage (STD), but I reordered them into TSD because all tagger team numbers will start with a 0x1 or greater, which may make detection easier compared to seeking a zero. I kept getting interference from my television remote and phone camera's LiDAR, so I added the filter to only recognize IR signals below 0F0F65. I can also filter it to ignore any signal greater than 0xF on the first two bytes, or more than 0x64 on the third. I parsed the incoming data to recognize the team, serial number, and damage, then print them to the screen with labels. I added a check to show when the tagger received a signal from itself, which should never happen in a game, but helped me with diagnosis. I should be ready to write some rudimentary games, such as a timed skirmish and a last-person-standing game.
