2025-11-05 (W) BonfireLaserTag 44-Key remote

I kept a list of the game controls I wanted and ordered a 44-key remote to replace the 21-key I was using. The remote I ordered had a color spectrum because it was intended for a color-changing LED controller, but I can reuse those to assign teams without resorting to colored pens. Coincidentally, the top button row was usable since I wanted a method to change screen brightness, the play/pause button can start games, and I will use the power button to enter a battery-conserving mode.

I checked the button spacing, and it was identical to the small remote, so I created circles in all the right spots and added labels. I did my best to group things logically, like the game selection buttons on the right, the screen modification controls below it, the HP manipulation buttons at the bottom, and the weapon selections above them. I had ideas about things I might want in the future, like a reset, which would restore the tagger to stock, except for the serial number. There was one extra button at the end, so I called it "Diagnostic," and I will probably use it to print serial information regarding whatever I am working on.
