I ordered the necessary parts for the last five taggers, except for light rings, because I used an old model. The new ones have more lights for the same diameter, and the few sellers who had the one I used were absurdly priced. Even the new ones were an order of magnitude more expensive than I paid. I should have more controllers, screens, printer resin, headphone cables, and solder shortly.
I thought soldering the boards would take two more days, but I finished it in one. I added the battery's raw-voltage input from the regulator board, wired the outputs for a vibrating motor and a light ring, the IR receiver, and screen power. There was a conflict with some of my previous work, which means I may have to run power to the light rings from different locations, but it should not be a challenge.
