2026-02-07 (Sa) CylinderWhistle Nothing was working

My intention with the CylinderWhistle was to make a model with the largest ramp (aka edge, lip, labium) so it would potentially vibrate the most air for the greatest amplitude. The secondary goal was to make it print vertically so it would take the least platen space. I printed numerous revisions as I tried to improve from the previous prints. I learned that the blown air must be able to flow freely into the cavity, and my supports were obstructing that flow. I was hoping for a tiny whistle with a huge sound, but if it has to be large to work, I will reconsider how useful the design is.
