2026-02-18 (W) TuningWhistles New shape testing

I printed a couple of the L-shaped whistles. The plug did not fit securely, and it was leaky, so the sound was terrible. I could test by holding my finger over the hole, but it was messy. The plastic necessary to make such a finicky toy was unjustifiable.
Took a lot of time and plastic

While I turned the idea over in my head, I thought a cylindrical whistle would be a better use of plastic and just as easy to model. The first two whistles had internal diameters of 19mm and 24mm, and their mouthpieces were identical, so it would be possible to bolt them together. They had a deeper and richer sound, probably because they had a larger cavity.
