2026-03-07 (Sa) VictorianLightPiano Layout REV02

The REV01 layout drawing was a good start, but it was not completed. I needed to make it ready for the laser engraver. The first step was to ensure it could fit onto the plywood I had on hand, which was 300mm x 300mm (12" x 12"). My piano was going to be over 400mm across, so I needed to break it into segments. Each octave would fit on a wooden slate, but that required a way to join the thirds. I added rows of bolt holes at the edges and made slats with matching holes to mount underneath and make everything sturdy. The parts fit onto a wooden piece with some space to spare.
