2026-06-03 (W) TerminalBlockLabels Concept and first draft

The last place I worked invested in high-quality printers for labeling terminal blocks, which made panels infinitely more serviceable. Labeling by hand is possible, but tedious and prone to errors. The new place does not have the throughput to justify such equipment, and ordering custom labels is possible but time-consuming. I had the idea that if I created a model in OpenSCAD, I could add text suited to my needs, paint the top, and produce it on-site at a low cost and quickly.

I started with estimated dimensions for everything to create a model quickly. The profile looked reasonable, and I could change all the parameters to accommodate any brand with a similar profile.
Good looking cross-section
